Re: It is called a new car warranty-let the dealer do it

the lens is cracked, therefore it's not going to get replaced under the new car warranty, i apologize for not stating that previously.
dialup-209.247.143.128.Dial1.SanJose1.Level3.net

It is pretty easy but requires some work - i did
that and oops and im poland - sorry, have two
extra foglights;)

OK as wor work you need to lift the car from side
you're going to work on and dismount the wheel
Then dismount plastic inner fender cover gaining
access to the inside of bumper.
The light is mounted on 3 screws but you will
need wrench with extension because it is not
convenient to access them. I did that using a
flat key but it took me 15 minutes instead of 5.
Be sure not to mess with air temp sensor wiring.
Unclip connector from the light and remove it to
the rear.
Lenses hold on three metal clips, just pry them
off with a screwdriver - pretty easy. If you have
'check foglamp' on display, probably one of bulbs
has gone bad - and it does not necesarily means
that it won't lit. If you want entire lamp it is
cheap, here under $80.

Reinstall in opposite order.
