I am struggling to remove the fog light connector from under the flaps. I need to do this because I have to remove the bumper in order to replace my headlamp assembly. I picture would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a bunch

Thanks for a quick detailed response. My problem is how to disconnect and or pull the connector of of the fog light assembly. I can't seem to find a tab that I can either pull or push to unlock the connector to remove. Responses will be appreciated.

Folks
so I thought picture is worth a thousand words, this is looking from under the flap. The connector connects into the fog light assembly. The black connector you see need to disconnect. Folks who have removed the bumper cover have gone through this process.
Thanks for the feedback

I reviewed your pictures and that's exactly what I was looking for-- in picture #4 you refer to" Here the LID is Open", I need to know how you were able to pry the lid and remove the terminals from the back of the light assembly. Appreciate your feedback

When I did my fogs (recently) I just used a flathead screw driver and carefully pried the one side across from the wires (there's a tab under where the "cap" hooks onto. Then I pried the other side. The connector has an o-ring where it sits in its female pocket. You will have to pull some to get that out. But even after that, you have to disconnect the fog lamp bulb first because the entire assembly including bulb is not coming through that female opening. If your bulb is not welded to it's socket, it's simple. If the bulb is welded in place, it becomes a difficult process outlined in other threads on the forum.
