Check out your A & B service steps, it were there to inspect every time. It is the link between the drive shaft from the engine to the transmission and from there to rear axle. They work the same as U joint. If you have consistent vibrations while driving at certain speed you may have that problem. I will not worry about it unless your car is over 100K miles.
