After lurking on this awesome forum since before I bought my R230 I decided it was time to join. The knowledge of the many posters here has been a tremendous asset to me for the health of my R230. Last weekend one of my flap hinges broke, so SOP is to search this forum for a suitable solution. Didn't find any repairs that I was comfortable with, so I came up with my own and wanted to share.
