Fitting other Merc seats to 230CE Coupe??

The drivers seat in my W124 230CE (1992 model) is really quite broken, both in terms of the springing but also the seat folding mechanism.

Have any of you fitted later Mercedes (CLK?) seats to your CE coupe?
How straightforward was it? Which ones did you use?

Alternatively know any good inexpensive seat repairers in the UK (pref South).
