Congratulations, Carlos

IMO, If I have that I wouldn't change the RIM I'll keep it OEM[:)][:D] but it's look nice either way.

Nice ride. I was beginning to wonder there when you were going to post some pics.

Very nice ride, awesome looking twin exhausts!!! About the ML320 rims, I know JimB likes them to stay, I don't, winter rims or not. The ride on the thinner tires is so different that it must be torture to sit on the ML320 size tires!!!

Very nice car - basically looks spotless. I won't mention the AMG rims - I guess those must be your winter wheels right?
Yes....my Canadian friend, those are my winter rims and tires....they are off a 02 ML 320, and the rubber are Pirelli Ice and Snow's 255/60/17's....l would never consider driving where l live, without winter tires...Remember Jim .B., l don't live in California, though l wish l did...[:D]But seriously, l have, basically a new set of 18' summer rims, that l "love", and they are currently being re-clear-coated...the AMG rims that were on the truck were O.K....they had some curb rash on three of them...and to be completely honest, l've never enjoyed the flat profile of them...l like a little depth, to my rims....Other than that..what can l say..its incredible.....The transmission shifts points are unreal....their is no lag like the 430....it is instant.....l was overwhelmed by the incredible torque of this vehicle, it almost makes me feel like l'm not driving an SUV.....l strongly recommend, if you get the opportunity to test drive one.."PLEASE DO", its unreal.......l've never thoroughly enjoyed a ride like this before......What can l say it's an "AMG"....Simple as that !!!!!!!

C-Rod how hard does it pull compared to the 430?

I used to think that my 430 pulled very hard upon acceleration, but have heard that the 55 feels like a train when you lay on the gas[:D] Is the difference very noticeable[8)] Let us know when you have your first unexpecting stoplight victim[}:)] Like a Beamer or Mustang[:D]

Nice ride C-Rod

You are now among the true ML elite of the world! Your ml430 was bad azz I hate to see it go but I'm sure you don't miss it every time you hit the gas. Or I mean every time you look at it in your driveway. Much jealousy coming your way from middle America. Keep us informed on your mods. I'm sure there is something "else" you'll think of. Thanks again always for your inspiration and help in moding my ML430, and all of the contributions you have made on this forum. I'm sure you are going to be preoccupied with the 55 for a while but don't forget about your non-55 brothers...keep posting!!

Thanks everyone for their kind words...especially you John.....l too, must thank -you, for your help and inspiration for the "modding" that we have done together on our "babies"....As for this vehicle...it is something.....to answer the question as to pulling power over the ML 430....."No Comparsion"..with all due respect to "The Kleemann Gang"...That itself would be a nice run, the 55 versus the 43K....But heck....l get to start all over, looking for unique and different "mods"...Boy!!!! l enjoy doing this..!![:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]

I'll always be the owner of a wannabe ML55--and never have that natural displacement torque that guides in 0-60 acceleration. I get my main enjoyment on the roll 30-50 and 50-70 and 80-100. It's there I can hang witch you if we ever cross paths.
