Thats cause you still have the stock "high" suspension. Lower that thing a little or throw a bunch of old ladies in the back seat and I guarantee you will rub.

But they look nice[:)]

I have 245 x 9 x 18 and they rub pretty bad when there are more then 2 people in the car.

My car has stock "high" suspension and it sucks. Trying to see if I can pick something a little lower and better performance wise. I really love the soft ride though :p.

Hi It is an non-branded exhaust system (s/steel) that I had put on a year back. I got it from North London ... http://www.mercedesperformance.co.uk/. Having said that I would urge you not to buy from this outfit as they are cowboys. I have burnt £700ish on the s/s pipe and I am unhappy although it looks good. The sound is very "quiet" and the smoke exits only one nozzle eventhough it should exit both. The supplier says it is a feature of the performance exhaust to exit one nozzle!!! I'd say the exit of gas ratio is 70:30. One nozzle is blackened the other clean! In the cold the white smoke is clearly visible exiting one nozzle and to me that looks like a chip-tip that has been fitted!!!

Cheers.

Hi Abbam Thanks ... have considered lowering it ... it is one of many tunes I need to do. Any suggestions? I don't know how much lower I can go with these tyres on it. I don't want rubbing etc. Cheers.
