Well, got it done on my lunch brak. Two screws hold the center console on top (at the central air duct outlets), and two at the bottom-one on each passenger and driver side at the bottom. the switch is held by two screws through the console. 45 min total while munching on a sandwich (egg salad on rye with a tomatoe- messy!!and yes, Danny Quayle actually spell it right)
