hello guys, wats the best fuel consumption on ur s600? wats mpg is indicated in the owner's manual? my s600 only gets 3kms/ltr is this normal?

I get 19-20 MPG highway and 16.5-17 MPG city. I drive like an old man sometimes though [:0]

on trips doing 73-74 mph i'll get up to 22mpg. i drive conservatively but occasionally like to hear Sabastian snarl...hehehe. [8D]

10-13 miles per gallon city. Mileage is lower with AC or heat and heated seats on.
20-23 miles per gallon doing 70 mph, AC on, 3 passengers.

I never let it get down below 1/4 full

I get about 480 miles to a tank only if I use Shell V-POWER gas.

With the other cheaper non-name-brand gas, I get around 350 miles.

On a run of between 50-70 mph i can get 26-28mpg and around 12-14 in town.I think this is fantastic as my old ('92) 4.2 V8 Range Rover only got 4.5 mpg!!!The Merc is all down to the multi-valve timing.[]
