Will the factory antenna for an 87 260E work with an aftermarket Kenwood stereo system?

it should... cant see why it would not... i would think that it would function normally as if the factory was in the car... turn radio on... antenna goes up and turn radio off... antenna goes down...

depending on the stereo, you may have to switch the antenna switch to the up position. it all depends on the signal that it sends to the antenna circuit.
