I just bought a 2002 C32. I was assured by a third-party warranty provider that they covered C32s before I bought it, but it turns out the guy just didn;t know what he was talking about.

Can anyone recommend a company that will cover AMG models?

I have an 00e55 AMG and had no trouble getting 4 or 5 quotes and securing a 24 month 24k miles extended warranty for $1,600. Type extended auto warranty into google and a laundry list of companies will come up. I got mine underwritten by Nissan but there are many other good ones.
Most any used car dealer offers extended warranties AMG only means you pay a bit more since they are more expensive to fix.

I have contacted dozens of providers, but only ExoticWarranty.com will cover an AMG in Minnesota after the original warranty has expired. The only problem is that their warranty is not backed by an insurance company.

Check with your local MB dealership. I bought my MB via private party and I was able to purchase a 5 year 100K warrenty with a $0 deductable for $2120.

You can purchase an extented warrenty from a third party too, but you risk the chance of the dealership not honoring it.
