I saw some threads on other Mercedes models about it. But i tried it and not worked.
Is it able to express open/close windows and sunroof with remote key?

Not in W163. This feature requires SmartKey with infrared transmitter. I think W164 can do it.

Had a 98 E320 that did that but my wife's 06 C180 s/sport doesn't . Ml doesn't.
It is a great option on a hot day or when your locking up that's for sure.
