Since your profile is not complete, I have no idea if the following will be free or not. In the Sticky, "This Damned Old Car", or otherwise known as the EGv107, there is a link to the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog). It is free in the US, but a cc is used to verify address (no charges apply). For ROTW, it is a nominal annual charge.

If you have a pc, (Not Mac), you can install and have access to the same parts catalog the dealer would use, and search for your part.

Enjoy...

560 SL Evaporator Temp Switch Part Number

From the EPC. Note the old part number (003 820 23 10) has been superseded by 003 820 24 10.

The part is $40.46 at Autohaus Arizona.

Good road,

Thanks for a straight forward answer!
You may not have liked the answer I and others gave you, but it was straight forward. If you entertain on keeping this car, and DIY much, you WILL need resources, such as the epc. And furthermore, if you are going to ask for help, the least you could do is to complete your profile so others will know what type vehicle and where in the world it might be located.

That said, I wish you best...
