Evaporative system slk230 98 ?

I changed the head gasket on my car it had antifreeze leaking into the oil. I got the car all back together and its been driving great almost 400 miles on it now but the evap and catalyst monitors are still not ready! I fill like maybe I have a lose wire on the evap system I don't know what it is or maybe I didn't put a tube back on or something. All I know is the car has never done this before and I am not really sure where to start looking, if anyone has any ideas let me know! thanks!
