I think its cheap76 euro a meter! Is that the going rate? doesn't sound any cheaper then leather if you ask me.
I agree with you Roland, I just post stuff I find as information for the guys just in case some one may need or is looking for something. But you are correct, every time you put something up you get the whiners who claim costs to much, don't like it, or just plain pick it apart. Look if you guys (and you know who you are) can't afford it or are just plain to cheap to open your wallets, don't rain on the other members parade who may benefit from some of this information.
Whoa, I wasn't raining on anyones parade or crying. Considering this is an open forum I thought I was entitled to my opinion. The "cheap" and "can't afford it" comments are unnecessary. Everyone does what they can with what they have.I agree with you Roland, I just post stuff I find as information for the guys just in case some one may need or is looking for something. And it is expense (In the US atleast), World Upholstery has the fabric for $65.00 and they supply you with samples before you purchase anything from them. If something like this is posted I think people should know they have other options that's all.
I didn't mean anything personal by my earlier post. Others, including myself, appreciate your information. The site that you got your borbets is great, along with the wald info. When you come on and put up that something is expensive in your eyes, you do have a opinion, you can post anything you want as other places people can get items. But world upholstery may not have what someone needs and the more outlets the better, what is someone will to pay, hey whatever they will if they really need it.
I have had several PMs about where and how I got my wald kit, I have sent them the full info on how to get one sent to the U.S. and the cost, did any of them PM back a hey thanks for the info, no no no.
I find now that any research I do or have done regarding parts or other items will not be posted anymore. I posted the tunershop.de for wheels and other custom items that and that he is a direct importer, got beat up on that post. posted some cheap SEC hoods, got cr_p on that post, So as of now no more information posts from me. I will only share my information with a few via phone or pm.
So for parts
Hi dude - my mistake!Whoa, I wasn't raining on anyones parade or crying. Considering this is an open forum I thought I was entitled to my opinion. The "cheap" and "can't afford it" comments are unnecessary. Everyone does what they can with what they have.

...and i thought, you live in dream land for AMG partsI am just putting up information about options that are outside the very limited resouces here in the U.S. Mercedes tuning in Europe is very big and they have so much more items avalible for our cars.
I get Mercedes Tuner magazine from germany, Das unabhangige Magazin der Mercedes-Scene, und Mercedes-World Unabhangiges Magazin fur die Mercedes- Community. and they have some great customs. In a land of AMG as you call it Roland, these crazy people here think they have gold and want crazy money. I hate AMG, I would rather spend my money with Wald, supersport.de for sportauspuff, MH-Dezent, inden Design, maxi-tuner, Kuhn autosport, and the many others.Hi dude - my mistake!
I didn´t want to offend you or your posting. If i would have written my post
in german, you would have recognised, that i didn´t mean you. Sorry for my
bad expression.
As i said, my job is selling used and new parts for the W126 and its all the same
every day. "i´ve seen that cheaper on OFAS, i´ll buy it there..."
Some weeks later they come back and buy quality parts
...and i thought, you live in dream land for AMG partsThere are much more
parts in the States than here in Germany. And another big difference is the question
of originality. Most german W126-drivers want their cars just as they left Stuttgart.
Spoilers? Fat rims? OMG!!!! I´m a lonely tuning guyThats why i love this board
