I've had the Bosch vacuum adjust headlamps for years. I was thinking it might be nice to have the rest of the package, washer/wipers for them. I'd like to ask if anyone has done this to their W123? The cars are set up to accommodate them (except the hole in the body). Does anyone have any information or perhaps part numbers? Thanks!

I am fairly sure they are cross platform, easily found on 116.

116's have different motors and I think wiper arms. Your best bet is to find a set off a junk 123 car or worst case new from the dealer. The dealer will charge you about $155 a motor, $35 for each wiper arm and $35 for each wiper blade. There is also a couple plastic grommets and nuts and screws. I have no idea how much the harness costs. You can use any 2 pump reservoir. The wiring will also come off without cutting wires. It is pretty much plug and play. It has a main ground right behind the cluster, it gets its constant power from fuse number 1 and there is another plug end that plugs into the factory washer pump plug. Thats where it gets its turn on power from the combo switch. They only come on when you use the squirters. Let me know if you need anymore help.
Here is a link to the picture of my kit I found on ebay.de.

The headlight wipers and the windshield wipers come on at the same time only when the squirters are being used. If thats what you are saying than yes.:)

Yes that's what I meant :)

So let's say you're driving in the rain, with the wipers and headlights on. The moment you use the squirters, that's the only time the headlight washers actually move and wipe the headlight lenses right?

Let me know if you need the part numbers. There are about 3 different versions you can get on each item. I think the original motors have replacement part numbers.

Id be interested in more info also. Been looking for the motors and set up for mine. Tired of looking at the plugs on my front end where they use to be.

I have some under contract as they say. Anyone know the specs on where the hole needs to be drilled in the fender? IIRC, it was dented in a bit to?

win...
If you want I can measure where my holes are on the front end. My car had them when my opa bought the car new. When they shipped it over they where taken out (ugh) and just plastic plugs put in there places. So I am pretty sure they would be accurate.
