If it is a defective yaw rate sensor, you will need to replace it. You can deactivate ESP manually, but you have to do it each time you start the car, and it will also deactivate ABS and BAS. Search the forum (or even Youtube) for "dyno mode".
ESP Yaw rate sensor fault
Hi-I am new in the forum. I drive C180 2001. Recently it locks tyre while I am driving on a highway and flashes fault of esp visit workshop on the dashboard. How can I be helped. I am from Uganda and would like t know if deactivating the ESP sensor would solve this and if so how do I go about it?
