Installation of the EPC Compact plus software on my PC went well but the application won't start. When double-cliking the icon the Windows hourglass flashes briefly and that's it. No error messages, no nothing.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Hello, I'm new here!


I downloaded EPC-Compact CDDBC12 of p2p and has 604 MB in size.

I have XP, and did what you said, everything installed without a problem!

But restart, I click the shortcut (EPC Compact) and the first time asked me to put the CD, I did, but reads it and nothing happens!

We also tried (W98) and has the same problem! :crybaby2:

What might be the problem?
