Hi guys,

I washed engine of W245, it was dirty as hell... Now my alarm siren is loosing its' good voice and it sounds like it has a flu...

Does anyone know where is it located so I can give it some extra drying ...

Do you mean the horn of the anti-theft alarm system? OEM it was mounted such that replacing it is a p.i.t.a......
It should be underneath the water baffle next to the firewall. I relocated mine...
If it does no longer work properly (even after drying it) then replacement is the way to go... this horn has some delicate electronics in it, and an emergency battery. After 10 years or so the battery may start leaking (due to aging) and corrode the delicate internal electronics, which in turn may trigger the weirdest errors in your system...
