Hi Guy's
My journey's to work in the morning is 4.5 miles and the same again at tea time. The thing that I would like to know is is there any way you can fool the engine that it is warmer than it really is??? like a chip or some thing.
The problem I have is on starting in the morning the engine runs at 1000rpm and to pull of the drive is a very tricky job ( 1600 automatic ).The car pulls so strongly that even at my third T junction the car comes to a halt with a massive jump forward into first gear ready for me to move off. On a long drive to say Scunthorpe from Doncaster when the engine has reached opp. temp. the gear box ( in C ) is faultless.:confused:
