Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know of a company online that sells an engine rebuild kit for the aforementioned model? If so, please let me know about your experience with them and a link to their site.

I have not see an Engine Kit anywhere. Some one most likely makes a complete Gasket Kit for a rebuild.

Also it does not seem like a good idea to buy one if there was one. Where you will save money on a Rebuild is if you can reuse your Pistons and Crankshaft. (I am assuming you are speaking of a kit to rebuild the Block.)
If a reground Crankshaft and New Pistons were provided in a Rebuild kit the cost would soar.

The other issue with buying an Engine rebuild kit would be the parts that go into it. You might find that it came with and inferior Beck Arnley Timing Chain instead of an IWIS Timing Chain.

Since Mercedes are sold world wide there is a large market; I suppose at some time you might see a complete Engine rebuilding kit coming out of China or India.

There are none. A proper rebuild costs around $5000.
