Hi,
I am in need of help with my CLK.
A couple weeks ago, my passenger side window was closing, but when I closed the passenger door the window kept jolting up, as if it was trying to close more- even though it was closed.
I started leaving the window down an inch so that it wouldn’t do this. If I kept the window closed, when I got out of the car, it wouldn’t lock, and would keep making the sound as if it was trying to close.
On my clk 55, when you close the door, the windows roll up more (seal).
My remote operates the LED on remote flashes, and my directionals on the car flash but no vacuum sound. I have been manually locking the doors.
I was thinking my pass side door control module may need to be replaced, but then this weekend, while driving, my car windows stopped working all together (after driving for about 20 minutes). At the same time my directionals (turn signals) stopped working. While it was raining my windshield wiper started to hault almost, and would only stop for a couple second (at the same time the directional would stay on if being used & that would just last a couple seconds.
This morning I drove 20 minutes to work, turn signals stopped working after 10 minutes, and as soon as I parked the windows wouldn’t work. My driver window was down an inch. I got out of the car, locked it manually, and held the lock button for 5 seconds to close the window.
I don’t know what to do now that so many things are affected.
Checked all fuses under hood on driver side and next to the steering wheel. I will check the fuses in trunk today but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reading.
