Eibach or H&R springs?

Hi all; I'd to install some springs on my C320. I'm looking for a smooth ride and no 'bouncing' with 19 inch wheels w/full load. Will I need to buy 'shock' pads?<br> <br> Please post any reply, I need to order them by 11 July!!!<br> <br> rc
