When I click on the EGv107 link, I find that it open in the last post. Seems to me that at least for this link, it should open at Post#1.

One other thing - Who is it in that picture that is displayed on each section of EGv107? Looks like the demon Mephistopheles :)

BTW, Is isthisDave still here? Maybe he could find a better picture of himself ;) Or maybe he could use Rowdies?

Hmmm...It opens with post number one for me. Dig's Avatar.

As for Dave he says he will be back but not when. I would gladly give him my Avatar and revert to my old one (which is equally sexist(y)).

PS. I noticed the banner in the welcome sticky is visible again. Larry, Moe, and Curly finally did something right after five months.

That's strange. The link to egv107 at top of our 107 forum is not something we create, so it should be same for every one. Maybe there is something in the settings. I will have a look.

If I click on the September 15, 2013 date it goes to the last page. If I click on the title it starts at number one.

OK, that's something to try. This is what I found:
1. Click on Thread title - opens at post #11
2. Click on June 10 2009 - opens at post #1
3. Click on Sep 15 20153 - opens at post #11

The thread title link has /unread at end.
The June 10 link has just / at end
The Sep 15 link has /latest at end
(right click and copy to see those)

'unread' and 'latest' do the same thing for me - they go to the last post.

For most threads, this would be fine. If you have read most of the posts, just go the newest one that you have not read. But for EGv107, it is like reading a manual - you would like to start at the beginning and browse down until you find the relevant section. If the "unread" was eliminated from the title link, that would do it.

For now, I will just click on June 10. That will save me from scrolling through all those isthatdave pictures :)

Don't know why, but the option to edit has disappeared (the three vertical dots) I wanted to fix a few typos in message above.

OK, I see they moved it over to the right top side. They said in the Community thread that they are going to provide much more freedom for us to edit new and even old posts. We should be able to go back and try and fix any of our own posts that are screwed up. They have done quite a bit of work recently in getting images to work. I have been on their case and they have responded in some cases. BW looks like it will survive :)

The original post date June 10 2009 doesn't show up on mobile version, so that won't work for me :(
