EGR in all M112 ?

Hello. I've noticed no EGR in my M112, and I have only two O2 sensors. What improvements (or problems) could this EGR bring on post '99 models ?

EGR is installed to reduce NOx in exhaust. For potential problems use forum search with "P0400"
