I need to pull out and take a picture of my ecu. Anyone know where it is?

Also I need an in dept Electrical Diagram of the car. Can someone get one to me?

Look at the BVRC installation instructions on bipesauto.com to locate the Combination Control Module (CCM). The engine control module is next to the CCM.

I have access to electrical diagrams via alldatadiy.com for a 99 SLK 230 but it is impractical and a violation of license to share them all with you as there are dozens if not hundreds of pages. Can you narrow your request?

the guys at DSM link are going to make us custom software for our cars using mine as a beta car I need the electrical diagram for the slk I have a 2001

ECU anything that will help them

they are going to make a Merc Link it is going to take months of work but they need this info to start. If u have a palm or a pc it will be like having a personal dyno.

That is pretty sweet...for $600 that's as much as roll bars [] and IMO this is way sweeter, but only if you have a nice palm pilot. I had a laptop in one of my cars once and it was just too cumbersome...but really nice for playing mp3s before ipods existed.
