Easy small lift of rear end 2015 g550?

Hi - wondering what the easiest way to lift the rear end maybe 1" on a 2015 g550? Just a replacement spring pad/spacer sort of thing? So it doesn't look a bit saggy as they do in the rear...

? Is there nothing but the 30mm spacers?
