E55 Reliability at higher mileage

Hi guys. I am looking to purchase high mileage e55 (163,104 miles). Only 2 owners. What do you guys think about this? I know that e320s are fairly reliable (and I currently own one and w124 e320 ) but what about the AMG lineup. What are the things to look out for when buying one.

Yeah, mine is at 274k and still spins the wheels in 3rd gear.
