Im thinking of installing a "S600??" or "Avantgarde" Style grille on my E500 and Im wondering if this one will fit my car:

No. You have the 93-95 hood. That grill on ebay is for the post 93 hood.

Are there any similar grilles that will fit my E500? Is the E500 grille fitting standard to all 93-95 W124's or is it different due to Porsche collabration etc...Im looking for grille preferably in the UK...

All W124 93-95 grills will fit. The hood on the E500 believe it or not is the same as the one on the E220 even. Its a miracle they way they did that by the way but they did []

Watch out for the grilles made in Taiwan. The quality is shite. I ordered two of them and had to return them. I also ordered a Shatz (I believe) insert and that didn't fit my 1994 E420.
