E500 choices

Hi

I am new to the forum.

I am wanting to get a E 500.

I note that there is really a big difference in price between a 2003 model with 100000 km when compared with a 2007 model with about 50000 km.

My question is from your experience which one would you get?

Has the Benz age do they have high maintanence costs?

Unfortunately due to common stereotypes about the cost of maintaining Mercedes and other stuff...I think there is no car on the market that is dropping down in value as fast as Mercedes :(

It sucks and I also lost tons of money on my car in just a couple of years.
