On my e320 i can hear the atenna motor running but it dont go up and down.I can leave it in the up position and thats ok and if i go thru a carwash i can push it down by hand.I would like to get it working again but dont know the mechanics of how it works,didnt know if maybe a stripped gear are belt drive.Thanks for any help,if i have to replace motor just gonna leave it be.

Probably just the nylon teeth on the antenna mast tail that are worn out.

Very easy R&R using a mast replacement from dealer.
