that stuff is all NLA, unobtanium, except used parts which are likely as brittle and broken as yours, especially if they are tan, that stuff seems to be more brittle than the darker colors.

What's the part number for this "whole top set"? I'm only aware of the fabric top, and headliner being available from 3rd parties.

 

Sometimes you can get lucky and find NOS on places like ebay. I found the visor trim pieces there not too long ago. Another alternative is to find someone with a 3D parts printer to replicate them.

Be aware that if you find these pieces as NOS parts they will not be cheap!

 

The very same parts that self destructed on mine. Very difficult to find any interior trim parts as they are no longer made and you need to find the part in your color elsewhere. Not enough of these convertibles made. I’ve learned to live with a car that’s less than perfect

Hey, hope this doesn't reach you too late. There is a guy who I believe is based out of new york and he is reproducing a lot of the plastics for the A124 and the R129. His website is Mercedes A124 . I spoke with him about 6 months ago and he told me he is working on the handle grab plastic and if you email him I think he will sell you one. He has the center grab handle available in tan on his website though. Hope this helps the rest of us A124 owners out there.

I have the same car in gray. I am having the same problem obtaining parts as they have broken. I currently have the seats being upholstered but need some interior parts. Have you had any luck finding parts? Thank you....Rasciel
