Hi Guys,

I've got a E240 1998 model. It runs perfectly and cuts out - and then it doesn't start for 2 - 3 hours. After cooling down it starts.

There was no faults on the diagnostic computer. It seems as though there is no power to the fuel pump - this was checked by a volt meter.

The Crank angle sensor and the fuel pump relay were replaced in the meantime.

Can the K40 relay be giving me problems? Has anyone come across this problem. I'm quite surprised that the star diagnosis computer didn't show a single fault!
Any replies will be highly appreciated!
