Hi there,
I just bought my mercedes c200 komp coupe the orther week. Its from 2001 and i love the car... its great...
One of the pulb in the front passengers side went, so i got a replacement bulb and put it in... I then managed to drop the cover down either infront of the window wiper bottle (i cant get my hand down the space to check) or under the engine...
I cant see it anywhere, any ideas how i can find it?
any advice greatly appreciated!

Use a small handheld mirror, like in a woman's makeup compact, and a flashlight to aim light at various angels that you can't manage with just a flashlight.
Most likely it fell all the way down but isn't on the floor because the plastic shroud under the car caught it. You should be able to remove the front bolts without jacking the car, enough to see if it's down there anyway. Good luck and enjoy your new car.

Other option is to fish around with something like this Bessey MS-1 26 Magnetic Telescoping Stick available at any Walmart or auto parts store.
