Just had replaced a cracked window in my 2003 CL 600 and the window drop down feature has stopped working. Attempted the usual window switch reset talked about in the manual and here on the forum but with no results.
The auto door latch closer is working fine and the window goes up and down OK. Multiples adjustments of the window have produced no results. Any suggestion?

You must take it to the dealer to be reprogrammed

The only way to get the feature to work is to have the dealer re-program the window through the Star system. I asked about why mine wasn't working correctly and they took it and put it on the computer and programmed it so it would work as it was supposed too. Haven't had an issue since.
