When you test the GREEN wire do you have 12v without moving the switch and do you have 12v when moving the switch?

Sorry for the late reply, was away from my truck.
I provided ground to the green wire and activate the recline seat but no movement.
I compared with passenger side.
Same as driver side: no ground at green wire but ground at white wire and the seat is working fine.
With everything connected back probe between White and Green. Three switches are connected to Green wire. Memory 3 (s8), memory store (s9) and backrest fore/aft (s5). Each switch will produce different voltage level. Take notes, compare to right side. M27m5 is actual backrest motor. Left of it is feedback potentiometer.
