Mine is getting dark. I was checking dealer stock for auto dimming replacement glass (208-810-01-21)… NLA. Found one on Amazon for $525. Screw that!!!

I ordered this for $20

2000 Mercedes-Benz Sl500 Driver Side Mirror Glass - 2873

Not sure if it's exact fit, hopefully. This is supposed to attach to existing glass with adhesive patches. There is plastic trim around OE glass so this may be problematic.

Any other ideas how to fix this?

Double up the adhesive patches to increase thickness?
