I am so happy to one of the great members

My car is S500 AMG model 2008

I have issue with the driver dynamic seat

For shoulder right side is stock left side can moving with adjust and all postions change accepted the lumbar when its change can not adjust againg when i made it 0. Also for massage when i tried to adjust not started after that all set point retuned automatically to 0 also dynamic seat. For passnger seat working fine accpted when i started the massage for driver seat, passenger seat got same issue like driver seat.

I found error codes one of them 9306 driver dynamic seat pump

One Mercedes agent said mabye fuse issue or need to update SAM firmware to new one

Can anyone help please and I am sorry for my english

You do not list your location, MBUSA released attached service campaign. Request MB dealer pull vehicle master inquiry (VMI) to see if your VIN is affected and confirm if work was completed. If applicable and not completed, repair should be free.

MB SD Connect Compact 5 SD C5 Star Diagnosis with V2017.5 Software HDD Support K Line and CAN BUS Diagnosis to update SAM firmware, but now I will wait until know about this announcement if also in my country
