When the car is cold, there's a small vibration which feels like a wheel out of balance. This disappears after few minutes of driving. The tires can't be flat spotting as the time between operation overnight.

Tires are recent.
Flex disks we're reported as being OK 30,000 kms ago.

I'm unsure if this is a sudden change or has slowly been increasing to the point where I now notice it.

Any ideas are appreciated.

I'd have the flex discs checked again. 30K Km is a long time since the last check.

Also check the driveshaft CSB (center support bearing)

Check your engine mounts + tranny mount. The motor could be running a little rougher at cold, hence why you don't notice it once warmed up.
