Sorry, kind of a dumb question. I need a new drag link and damper. Am I right in assuming that I can just buy and use a drag link and damper from a Nth American parts store and turn them upside-down? Also whilst I think of it, what else would I need in terms of rubbers to do this job?

Cheers and thanks,
Colin.

I saw no difference in p/n for LHD and RHD. Same for shocker.

All the rubber you'd need is in gloves (if you prefer not to soil your hands).

Being that I used same old screws/nuts and fairly good accessibility, I decided to apply some blue loctite. It cannot hurt.

Thanks Djenka for sharing your font of knowledge.

It puts a new meaning on "downunder" when we have to turn those northern parts upside-down to get them to fit :D

Just to avoid possible confusion, AFAIK LHD/RHD steering links mount all the same. Idler arm and pitman arm trade places.
