Did you possibly install the rigid prongs from a soft top instead of the flexible ones from a hard top?
Looks too high in the rear, and a little twisted. The important part is, is it weather-tight?
You can adjust the height in the rear by sliding the rear locks up or down. When adjusting the rear locks, keep in mind that the hard top usually has a tighter fit to it than the soft top. That means, if your hard top barely seals out the weather, then the soft top will likely be loose.
The front should show about 7mm (a hair over 1/4") of gasket material between the metal trim on the windshield header and the metal of the hard top. When the weatherstripping ages, you might need to narrow that 7-mm gap a tiny bit. See
