I'm thinking of cleaning the tank, not going to remove it. So, is there a drain or i need a pump to fuel out. I was thinking of using the "Clear Diesel Fuel & Tank Cleaner" for this job? Any other recommendations..thanks

I did this last fall. Run it until you are about out, then get a cheap hand pump and pump out what you can out of the filler. Then, under the car on the left side, just above the axle is two rubber hoses. Undo those and it should drain some more. Then you can remove the tank screen (where one of the hose goes to and drain the rest of the way...

You can also run the car with the fuel return hose emptying into a fuel can until it stalls.
