Looks like a Mazda 626 that has been to the chop shop for some MB panels and trim...I seriously doubt it is a prototype of any sorts!

im 60-70% sure its a civic with mercedes headlights and grille... why? because the interior matches taht of a 92-95 civic or it could be a newer civic... but i think its a civic wannabe mercedes! BLAH!
