I am looking for AMG Monobolck stylingII for my 2000 E430T (equiped with E55 AMG brakes). MB Swizerland says 7,5 x 17 ET35 will not fit, and that I need ET37 but I don't really believe them. Does anyone konw for sure if these wheels fit or not (need a quick answer, I need to know if I should place a bid on ebay!).

Did you mean 235/45/17 (that's the tyres I use today and that I will also use on the AMGs)?

My problem however is that MB Swizerland says that I need ET37 offset. They looked in some table with specifications and say that only ET37 is allowed. When I ask if ET35 wheels will fit (allowed or not allowed) I don't get a clear answer. As long as the wheels fit (and do not tuch the breaks) I don't care if they are allowed or not becaue I don't think that 2mm offset can make any difference in any way.
