...no, my palms get hairy[:D]

To be serious, i use an impact wrench for tightening. But which torque ( in ft/lbs or Nm) should i use to avoid thread warping or other damage to the wheels. I use antiseize paste on the threads also.

80 to 85 pound feet of torque on the lug bolts...

I use an impact wrench as well, but you can get a torque stick to limit the torque to the correct level.

From what I've seen, Mercedes doesn't specify if the torque is wet or dry, but anti-sieze is a good idea anyway.

at the dealership i used to work at we torques them to 95 foot pounds, or anywhere around there, a few guys kept there wrenches set to a little over 100
