Well, it is just me but I hate it, specially head lamp shape. They have nicer looking steering wheel which I envy though.
No more flipping navigation monitor and motorized side mirror any more which is big minus to me. I admit less moving part means less trouble down the load but I do enjoy those two features over 3 years from my 08.

There really isn't that much difference in overall look IMO except for the nicer interior and LED headlights and taillights. I think the biggest difference is the C350 motor. I ended up buying a new 2011 C300 4 matic sport last week and saved 5K. Reliability of the C class has been proven for a few years now!
