I believe my heating issue is vacuum related. While driving, I hear a whistle coming from underneath middle of dashboard during accelerating and decelerating. I have/had other turbo cars but this noise seems different. Any ideas what vacuum line I should check?

It only happens while driving. It is not constant, when I push the pedal and pass a certain RPM, it sounds like a whistle going from low to high pitch. When I take my foot off, the whistle sounds the other way, from high to low pitch. In the vacuum schematics for the lines under the dash, I noticed a part number 44 called throttle(orifice). I'm suspecting something wrong there, like a leak. Not sure if I would be able to see it without taking the dash out.

Item #45 and others close, are behind the dash, somewhere.

I don't understand item #44 , seems to be just a connector, may need replacing.

I found that page in the FSM, there is no other info.
