Re: Do 195 65 15

Hey,

I took some 195/65/r15 tires off of a 300E and put them on my W123 coupe and I have no problems. However the 300e wheels will not fit. I mounted the tires on some aftermarket E430 copy rims.

Later,

Austin

Re: Do 195 65 15

I have 195/65/15 on my car right now, but I was thinking of going with 205/65/15 for next time, and I have fitted 235/45/17s on my car also with ET28 rims with 17x8.

My friend has 235/40/18 on his car, but his fenders are rolled.

Austin

Re: Do 195 65 15

I have 225/50-16 Michelins on with NO fender modifications; really fills the wheel wells out and the ride is still nice. Overall diameter is OK too; bought them at tirerack.com and have had good luck with 4 sets there.
