that's a nice write-up. Sometimes those alignment guys doesn't really know what they are doing. I brought my car in Fletcher Jones Newport Beach for alignment and to my surprise it was done in less that 15mins and that includes test drive. Sometimes its frustrating and really better doing it yourself.
