I bought a 1974 450sl recently and while changing the contacts in the distributor I noticed a brush that lubes/keeps clean? the distributor shaft. This brush is worn to the metal and I was told by the local dealer that I would have to buy the whole distributor to get a $1.50 part. Does anyone know any aftermarket parts dealer that I can get this part from.
